Check out the video from this past weekend’s Harry Jerome. I raced the Mile Walk winning in a time of 5:46.40. This new PB was two seconds faster than my previous performance achieved last year in England. Unfortunately, Ben Thorne who managed to pass me in the last 200m was DQ after the race.
